Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday‑Friday (excluding US public holidays). Standard order‑processing time is 2‑5 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, you will receive shipping‑confirmation email with tracking number.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship to United States and selected international territories. Delivery transit time varies by destination and carrier. International shipments may incur import duties, customs fees or local taxes; these are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

Lost / Damaged Packages

Please inspect parcels immediately upon delivery. Report damaged, defective or missing‑item orders to our email within 7 days of delivery and attach clear photos of product and outer packaging for investigation.
