Ordering without an Account
You don't need an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest by choosing 'guest checkout'. But having an account makes it more convenient to handle returns and keep tabs on your orders.
Unavailable Items
Some items may be "out of stock" or disappear from our site because of the nature of our products and production processes. If you can't buy the item you want, contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Accepted Payment Method
We only accept PayPal for payments.

Delivery Countries
Currently, we only deliver to the USA.

Order Delivery Time
Most orders will be received within 7 - 15 days.

Damaged Products
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if your order is damaged, you must notify our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You also need to provide a clear photo of the damaged items and/or packaging. This rule applies to all deliveries, including those to jobsites or warehouses. If the box has external damage when it's delivered, make a claim with the delivery driver. In case of damage, we may decide to replace the damaged part(s) or the entire fixture.
